Welcome to Everkem’s 3rd Quarter of 2025 edition of the Caulk Talk newsletter – where we talk about all things caulk, sealants, adhesives, and construction chemical products.

In this issue, we’re highlighting the new investments, people, and partnerships driving Everkem forward — from expanding our lab and mixer capabilities, to upcoming trade shows, a spotlight on one of our team members, and new sales rep partnerships. We’re also taking a moment to remember Maci, our beloved office companion, whose cheerful presence touched everyone at Everkem and will be deeply missed.

An Exciting Season of Growth at Everkem

It’s been an exciting summer at Everkem, filled with challenges, change, and growth. As the summer heat begins to ease, our team has made major strides in our pursuit of manufacturing excellence. With nearly half a million dollars invested into our laboratory and mixing room, we’re advancing continuous improvement in big ways.

Raising the Bar in the Lab

IMG 7302 2With new mixers and state-of-the-art testing equipment, our chemist and quality control team have accelerated efforts to optimize formulations, enhance quality assurance, and measure our performance against the competition. The result is actionable insight that gives our sales team and distribution partners the confidence to sell effectively, while also reassuring installers who rely on dependable performance. Not all sealants are created equal, and we have raised the bar while ensuring our partners do not pay the price.

Our expanded lab capabilities are also fueling innovation. From developing more versatile, higher-performing sealants and adhesives to increasing capacity for toll manufacturing and private label, we’re building momentum to serve more markets than ever before.

Taking Mixing to the Next Level

Equally exciting are the upgrades to our mixing room. A new dust collection and ventilation system has improved both safety and quality of life for our team, while our state-of-the-art Sozer planetary mixer and discharge press are driving production to new heights.

This 16-month project has already paid off. Production efficiencies are up 30%, and work-in-process mixing time has been reduced by six days each month. With this added capacity, we’re cutting lead times, expanding acrylic offerings for high-volume demand, and introducing new sealants, mastics, and adhesives our customers and distribution partners have been asking for.

Looking Ahead

Kettle CoverAs we move into the fall and set our sights on 2026, our momentum is clear. Everkem is committed to setting industry standards, delivering high-quality sealants with process-driven service and competitive pricing. It’s more than a goal; it’s our passion.

Fueled by the unique chemistry of the Everkem team, we’re here to fill the gaps and seal the deal as your trusted sealant and adhesive supplier. We’re grateful for your trust and look forward to continuing to grow together.
