Who is Jessica Lowman?

Have you ever heard the phrase, “Behind every successful man is a strong woman?” In this case, it’s not just me, as both a sales lead and the President of Everkem, but also our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service team that benefits from her strength.

Jessica Lowman joined Everkem years ago, answering an ad for a customer service specialist. Since then, she and I have worked side by side like a dynamic duoI track down new opportunities, while she cultivates and nurtures relationships. Jess is the administrative backbone of our business development team and a key pillar of our sales support. From managing our customer database to handling quotes and pricing, she has played an instrumental role in our 5X growth.

Now in her 10th year at Everkem, Jess was voted by the team last year to lead our Business Development team—a recognition she has undoubtedly earned. Detail-oriented, responsive, and deeply committed, she holds our customers and team in the highest regard. She continually expands her knowledge, embraces challenges, and pushes herself beyond her comfort zone to help our team thrive.

Outside of Everkem, Jess is a devoted mom to her 18-month-old son, Rowen, and three dogs—Sophie, Simon, and Chance (two of them rescues). I remember how demanding that stage of life was when my daughters were young, but no matter how stretched thin she’s been, she has always supported our team with a listening ear and a positive outlook.

I’ve learned a lot from working alongside Jess at Everkem, and I’m incredibly grateful for her hard work and dedication. Jessica isn’t just part of the team—she’s the glue that holds it all together.
