Originally founded as Firestopping Products Inc. in 1996, we have provided top-quality high-temperature mortars, sealants, putties, and other accessories used for firestopping and refractory applications that have been marketed under the Flame Tech brand name. In 2005, the Seal Tite High Performance Sealant line was introduced offering sealants, tools, and accessories that serve construction and industrial professionals with a variety of sealant technologies including latex sealants, silicones, insulating foam sealants, and state-of-the-art hybrid sealants.
Moving forward, we have expanded our manufacturing capabilities to offer additional packaging options and the most advanced breakthroughs in sealant chemistry. We have optimized our production process to increase efficiency for rapid order response and on-time delivery. Finally, we have maintained our low order minimums and aggressive pricing to ensure low up-front investment, and quick stock turn-around to encourage customer profitability.

FOUNDER / CEOBefore getting into caulk, Lin was a restaurateur and chef, and his cooking skills are sharp as ever. An accomplished tinkerer, Lin can be found at all hours of the day building. He also enjoys fishing and putting those great cooking skills to use on what he catches.
Jason is a dedicated father of two wonderful girls. With a fundamental core belief in partnership over profits, his passion for the creativity and growth of Everkem is only surpassed by his love for his family and experiencing all life has to offer. As an avid outdoorsman, Jason enjoys traditional bow hunting, running, and hiking.
