Meg w JasonThere is a noteworthy quote from John F. Kennedy about people from Vermont:

“Vermonters know more than anyone else how to live well in small places.”

It’s an accurate statement from an iconic president and fitting for our Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator, Meg Jacques. Meg joined our small team, headquartered in a small place, and brought an abundance of love and life to our scrappy band of caulk outlaws.

Meg has been a critical member of the Everkem team since 2011. She leads our shipping team to get our solutions into the hands of professionals throughout the United States.

Meg 1Meg earns the respect of our customers, partners and vendors because she’s authentically kind and enjoys serving others. She welcomes everyone into her office and has work friends at every level of the organization, from the owners to seasonal support staff. Meg’s strength is making people feel at home and making people feel important. This is arguably the best attribute to possess in customer service. She is literally the voice and ears of this company and we are lucky to have her.

“Meg is one of my favorite vendor contacts.  She is an absolute ROCKSTAR when it comes to customer service. . . Meg is the pinnacle of what customer service should be and I’m so thankful for her.”

“God forbid Meg stubs her toe… I don’t know how we could talk caulk without her!”

-Jason Lynch, President, Everkem

“Since joining Everkem, Meg has consistently embraced the role of customer advocate. She’s always been direct and upfront with her opinion regardless of the issue or person. Meg’s committed to Everkem’s success, and is passionate about her role and responsibilities.”

-Edward Forrest, Operations Manager, Everkem
