Description
Thermal Seal All In One Insulating Foam Sealant is a single component, expanding polyurethane foam that offers long lasting thermal and moisture protection and acts as a barrier to draft and air infiltration, smoke and flame, heat transfer, dust, noise, rodents, and insects. Thermal Seal is AAMA 812-10 compliant and is proven not to distort or bow window and/or door frames when properly installed. Thermal Seal has been specifically formulated to expand and fill the annular space around wires, vents, pipes, and other mechanical penetrants in Type V non-rated 1 & 2 family residential construction. Thermal Seal is UL evaluated as an alternative fireblocking material per 2012 IRC Section R302.11, Item 4.
